Q: Why are these cables priced so much lower than my fully bespoke commissions?

A: In-Stock cables use in-stock hardware, so I’m less worried about material costs, and can price them more aggressively. Retail price of the same cable as a commission is the “normal” price of these cables, and the sale price is typically 30-50% off since there’s less customization, and occasional imperfections.

Minor modifications can be requested in the order comments, such as:

  • Requesting a different USB port configuration

  • Requesting a different heatshrink color

  • Shortening the described host cable length (lengthening may or may not be possible)

  • And other things that don’t change the detachable or sleeve material
