What are your “color matching” guidelines?
My goals when crafting a colorway or the cable itself is not to perfectly match the hue and saturation of a keycap set, keyboard, etc.
MDPC-X/Techflex are made of PET plastic, keycaps are made of ABS/PBT, keyboards/detachables are typically anodized, E-coated, or cerakoted.
Since each material used in these products has different properties - it’s not within my power to promise a 100% match, as I am restricted to certain hues and saturations.
There are over 1500 combinations with my stock materials, but certain colors eluded me - such as mint aqua, aquamarine, and extremely muted colors. That is until I introduced hand dyed sleeving back in early 2021!
This has allowed me to my real goal, which is to accentuate and compliment any given theme!
Why don’t you use paracord?
To be completely honest, I just dont like the physical properties of it. I’ve got no bad blood with the stuff, but I just prefer the beautiful colors and physical properties of MDPC-X (Not a sponsor) The vibrant colors, lack of inner threads, excellent thermal properties, among other reasons are why I exclusively use PET based sleeve. Ive also started expanding into Teleios and PCMods PET sleeving to fill some color gaps.
What are your cables really made of?
I use 28awg 4-core USB 2.0 wire and sleeve it with MDPC-X PET sleeving. Following that is a layer of Techflex, and finished with USB connectors and heatshrink. My detachables are cerakoted and patina’d in the US by fellow cablemakers and artists.
Why are your prices higher than average?
I offer a service unrivaled by any large company, akin to working with a fine tailor or designer. I offer truly supportive customer service as well, responding at most hours of the day and night. I spare no efforts when I craft my work, no matter the budget. Every cable is better than the last, and my artistic vision has been honed over the course of 1200+ commissions.

I am a small-time cable artist who works in limited batches to produce the highest quality cables I can. My materials, skill set, time, and strict quality control lead to market leading prices. When you support me with your cable purchase, you are helping my wife and I survive in a harsh economy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/refunds are not permitted once your order is confirmed. Zero Exceptions.
If you entered any details incorrectly, you can contact me via DMs or email to have them updated in my system.
I’m a working artisan, and every cable sold supports my wife and I. Therefore, I will always prioritize resolving your issue over issuing a cancellation/refund. Any amount you spend carries over even if you suddenly need to change course drastically after purchase.
Power Testing Policy
My cables are verified to power RGB keyboards at full length, and the “Power hungry keyboard” is a myth rooted in poor PCB design on old designs like the original run of the Drop ALT.
Different cable makers use different wire orders. Do not attempt to mix and match a VoxelMods coil or host cable with another maker's work. Damage may occur, and I am not liable for such.
Up to 16 feet combined length is allowed inside the USB 2.0 Spec.
Apple/Mac compatibility
My cables are all rated for USB 2.0 ONLY, but my cables are compatible with any Apple laptop or desktop computer.
However, I can only assure they work when connected directly, and the use of docks, splitters, hubs, and especially monitor pass-through is not guaranteed to work.
WHat durability measures do you practice
Solder joints inside the USB-C,Not-a-Lemo, and Weipu are covered in heatshrink to prevent any potential shorts.
Hot glue is used in addition to heatshrink inside USB-C connectors, as well as inside USB-A connectors. It is removeable in the event that I need to repair any USB port.

Handling/Return Policy
These cables are not toys, and are intended to be treated with a gentle touch. Do not pull sharply, bend excessively, hold vertically at one end, or do anything that would contrast with common sense. Do not attempt to undo any connectors. I will not freely replace any cables that show signs of mishandling. I will always attempt to repair damaged cables.
Returns for physical defect will be accepted for 7 days from the date of delivery. You must report the defect in that time period, and proof will be requested. In the event of a DOA cable, shipping damage, postal loss, or theft, I will work to make things right! If a return is needed, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label, unless the damage was caused directly by the user. Please return the cable in it’s original condition and with proper/original packing. Once the item makes its way to me, a repair will be initiated. I have a 100% repair success rate, so there is no circumstance where a refund is allowed.
As most cables are bespoke to your specs, repair will always be prioritized over direct refunds/returns.
As these are artisanal and handcrafted to order, no long term warranty is offered at this time.
The above may sound harsh or strict, but please understand that I always strive to ensure satisfaction, even if it means remaking or repairing a cable.
How are your packages packed?
I ship using tab-locking boxes. I use lots of crinkle paper throughout the package. Please be gentle and careful when removing the cables. Try to undo the tape rather than cutting or pulling it off. This is all for the goal of delivering your cable in perfect condition.
The host cable is secured with a basic velcro tie
