Repair Policy:
All VoxelMods Pro Series Cables are eligible for free diagnostic services in the event of a broken connector or other damage. Voxel asks that the client pays shipping to him, and Voxel will pay shipping to return the repaired cable to you.
Voxel will do his best to ship the repaired cable back to you within two work weeks.
Cable repairs are divided into two categories: Minor and Major.
Minor repairs include anything that Voxel can repair without any new hardware or cable stock/sleeve used. For example if a solder joint breaks, it is a simple matter to repair it, so it would be free.
Major repairs are ones that consume materials or require special ordering replacement parts/shipping to repair the cable. A major repair would be one that damages a connector beyond repair, or damage that requires the cable/sleeve to be replaced.
In the event of two or more cables being sent back for repair, an hourly rate may apply if the repairs classify as Major.
In most cases, Repairs should be free or of negligible cost.
If you have any questions about the Repair Policy, please email Voxel using the contact info below for clarification.
